Nestled at the base of Gipsy Hill, in South London, we brewed two collaboration beers with @gipsyhillbrew as part of the Citizens of Everywhere project. 12 UK and 12 European breweries brought together to each make a beer celebrating the achievements of the EU; A rare time where politics and alcohol make fantastic bedfellows. One of the beers in question is Envoy, a fruity, sour pale ale with big hits of nectarine and peach, and a soft, dry finish, on @toolbeerwebshop now .
