Earthy, berry, and tart
Busaner Weisse! This is our take on a sour German style from Berlin. We used wild bacteria and yeast to sour the beer and then added Korean Omija and Hibiiscus for colour and flavour. Earthy/berry nose, tart fruit flavour, and highly carbonated. 4.3% ABV (and very drinkable!)
새로운 시즈널이 찾아왔습니다. Busaner Weisse! 베를린에서 유래한 독일식 맥주, 베를리너 바이세는 원래 상큼한 레몬같은 맛과 톡톡튀는 탄산으로 유명한데요. 갈매기에서는 오미자, 히비스커스에서 느낄 수 있는 색깔과 맛이 더해진 Busaner Weisse를 만들어보았습니다. 현재 갈매기 브루어리 & 레스토랑에서 만나실 수 있습니다!
