Sour beers were originally aimed at the experimental customer, but have now evolved into a common style that is taking the craft beer world by storm. Making sour involves a unique brewing process which is often avoided by brewers due to its complexity. Gorilla's brewers will push the barriers to bring a series of sours to the Korean market, starting with a 'Turmeric-Ginger Sour'.
