For this special collaboration beer with Linus BBQ in Seoul, we hand smoked Korean pumpkins (hobak) and malted barley with applewood. Blended into a german style doppelbock, the result is a complex, light bodied and subtly sweet black lager. A slight roasted malt bitterness combines with the rich flavors of hobak, molasses and maple syrup , ending with a campfire-like smokiness that builds with every sip.
